Refund policy

• Proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order number) is mandatory.

• Opened cosmetics, earrings, or underwear due to hygiene reasons.
• Digital downloads, gift cards, or personalized custom goods.
• Final sale or clearance items.

• Change of mind: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
• Defective or incorrect items: We will cover all return shipping and courier collection fees.

• Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5 to 10 business days for bank clearance.
• You may also opt for immediate store credit via a digital gift card.
